Position: admin clerk/postman

Purpose of the job: to provide all round support and postal service to the admin department.

Main responsibilities

  • To receive and distribute papers, both external and internal.
  • To cut tear sheets and attach them to invoices, fold and dispatch.
  • To be responsible for all postage and franking machine plus mail sorting.
  • To assist and liaise with internal and external clients.
  • To double check daily work.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • At least one year experience in an office admin environment

Core competencies required
Knowledge:

  • Fair command of the English language.
  • One year in the media industry an advantage.

Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literate – MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Web Mail and Internet Explorer).

Attitude:

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • People’s person.
  • Hands on
