Job Purpose
Carousel Casino & Entertainment World is providing a One-year Learnership opportunity to unemployed matriculants. The Learnership (National Certificate: Gaming Operations) will be aimed at equipping the learners with skills required to operate in a Casino environment as a dealer.
Upon successful completion of this Learnership Programme, the learners may be appointed into Dealer roles within the Sun International Casino Environment.
Education
Certified copy of Grade 12/matric result
Certified copy of ID
Experience:
Well-presented and spoken
Fluency in English and Numerical Skills will be an added advantage
No experience required
Skills and Knowledge
Well-presented and spoken
Sound interpersonal skills
Self-motivated
Key Performance Areas:
A monthly stipend for the duration of the 12 months, training and support will be provided to successful candidates.
Equity: Preference will be given to employees from the designated groups in line with the provisions of the Employment Equity Act, No. 55 of 1998, SISA internal recruitment policy as well as units employment equity plans.
