Purity was the tiny girl who sang and danced for her life. She was one of Arthur’s proteges, frankly she was Chomee before Chomee happened. She is also another one whose death was very heart wrenching. Purity left behind a 5 month old son after fighting meningitis for some time, can you imagine that. We’ll always remember her for her banging tracks like Orlando.

Antonio Summerton

South African actor Anthonio Summerton was killed in a motorcycle accident in Roodeport on Saturday night, metro police said on Sunday.

Chief Superintendent Wayne Minaar said Anthonio Summerton, who played a role in popular Afrikaans soap opera, 7de Laan, was killed in an accident in Constantia Road in Roodepoort.

Marubini Mogale

Marubini Mogale, the beautiful and graceful Backstage actress was one of those sweet faces on TV that you couldn’t help but love. There was something about her or maybe it was her role as Irene on Backstage that was enchanting. I couldn’t believe it when I heard of her passing, I thought of her then boyfriend/fiance Clint Brink and I couldn’t imagine how he must have been feeling.
