Job description
Our organisation is currently looking for hardworking, motivated and vibrant people for several open vacancies as junior client service consultants. Those without experience, matriculants or school leavers are particularly advised to apply.
These positions require no previous experience or working knowledge as product training, facilitation and/or workshop will be available to shortlisted applicants.
Your role is to make or take large volume calls on behalf of the company in order to fulfill customer service requirements.
- To sell products or services, provide customer service, undertake customer research function.
- Where customers use other means than just a telephone to contact the company, you may also deal with post or email enquirers.
- You must be someone who is very patient, service driven and flexible with great desire to learn and succeed.
- Minimum of grade 12 or equivalent qualifications, multilingual with the ability to negotiate successfully and good communication skills will be required.
- Basic salary and commission from R4000
