We seek to appoint a dynamic and energetic individual to assume responsibility as Administration Clerk, reporting to the Branch Manager. The position will be based at their offices in Upington.
Main purpose of the role
• To provide an efficient administration service to the relevant department in order to facilitate the effective operation of the department.

| Minimum Requirements | • Grade 12 • 2 years administrative experience • Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications • Valid Code 8 driver’s license • Must be able to work irregular hours |

| Duties & Responsibilities | • Provide general administrative support to the relevant department • Provide support in connection with the preparation, collation and distribution of documents • Perform data capturing as required • Take receipt of and send faxes and emails on behalf of the department • May be required to handle telephonic queries on behalf of the department • Responsible for the filing of all documentation, as well as the maintenance of the filing system |
